For years, we have clearly set the benchmark for oncology conferences in the Middle East and this year’s edition further stresses our commitment to maintain this lead with our focused pursuit of excellence.

Through a culmination of collective efforts, an outstanding three-day program is designed to deliver a high-level scientific content with several key note lectures, parallel symposia, oral and poster presentations, that revolve on the innovation in cancer treatment and care. The sessions provide major updates and state-of-the art presentations that has been fostered through a collaboration among experts in oncology and advanced cancer care. The conference is hosting hundreds of oncology experts from around the world to provide a unique platform to expedite the knowledge transfer emulating both academic and applied cancer care to combat a complex disease – cancer.

The conference is one of the largest health-related conferences in the region with more than 2000 expected delegates attending from around the Middle East and GCC region.

I am pleased to announce that we will have sessions on head and neck cancer, geriatrics and supportive care in cancer to get the latest advances from the international and regional speakers in their respective fields. We will also continue to host an open forum for the public to encourage participation and interaction with the experts mainly to raise awareness about cancer and the importance of early screening. The program encourages discussion and interaction with thought leaders in the field of oncology.

I look forward to welcoming you to this significant event and feel confident that you will appreciate both the scientific program and beauty of our host city, Abu Dhabi.
